Retro Apartment Kaprun
The apartment in Kaprun (Retro Apartment) is 100m from the Intersport Oberschneider hire shop and several resturants. The apartment is located just outside the centre of Kaprun about 10 minutes walk to the very centre but 5 mins from lots of bars and resturants. You can see the maiskogel mountain from the balcony & its about 3 mins walk to the bus stop. The Apartment
Outside
Retro Apartment in Kaprun is on the second floor of the yellow building on the left. The red arrow points to the exact location. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the building on both sides.
Living Area
The living area of retro apartment Kaprun consists of a 2m x 2m Austrian Twin Bed, a large chest of drawers with a TV, a bonquette seating area with table, kitchenette & a radiator. We have free wifi available for all our guests.
Sleeping Area
The main bed is an Austrian twin which is 2 single matresses within 1 double bed frame. I provide 2 single duvets and pillows. The TV is directly opposite the bed and is a smart TV with internet and Netflix.
Storage
We have a large double wardrobe in the hallway with plenty of space to hang all your clothes. There is also a coat hanger beside the front door, hooks on the bathroom doors and a large chest of drawers in front of the bed.
Kitchenette
The kitchen is small but functional with fridge / freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster & kettle. I have also provided cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses & pans etc.
Ski Room
There is a large communal ski and boot room for the guests of the whole house. Please do not wear your ski boots on the upper floors or the builidng and please do not put your skis / boards inside the apartment.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower, a mirrored cabinet is provided above the sink for all your toiletries. There is also a toth brush holder, hairdryer & anti-bacterial hand soap. There are hooks on the back of the door in case you need to dry any clothing after a day out in the mountains.
Hallway
The Hallway area is quite big for the size of the flat. There is a large double wadrobe with loads of hangers to stor all your clothing, Hook on the back of the door and to the left for coats etc. and a pouffe to sit on when putting on shoes.

The apartment is equipt with a smoke
alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket & first aid kit. We fully clean & disinfect after each guest!
