The apartment is 35m square and includes a fully fitted kitchenette equipt with Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Microwave, Hob & Fridge Freezer | We also provide cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery & glasses | There is a new double bed which splits on rails to become twin beds, this bed also has an option bunk bed above it.  A 3 seater sofa which becomes 2 bunk beds, 40" flat screen TV, Free Wifi, a table with 3 chairs & sufficient wardrobe space to hang your clothing | The bathroom has a bath, sink and vanity unit above the sink and there is a separate toilet | We also provide towels & bedding for an additional laundry fee of €25 per person per stay.

Apartment Edelweiss is located in a traditional Austrian House called Haus Lederer | The address for sat nav is Steinergasse 19, 5700, Zell am See, Austria | The apartment is 1.15 hours from Salzburg airport by car or 1.45 hours by train | Apartment Edelweiss is  2 mins walk from Zell lake which you can just see from the window | In the Winter you can take a ski bus 1 stop to the City Express or take a 5 min walk | Although we have a ski room at the apartment I recommend leaving you skis at the city express ski depot & walking back in your ski boots via après ski of course! | We have a designated parking space outside if you are bringing your own car | Zell am See town centre is only a 5 min walk.

In the Summer the amount of tourist attractions, sports & activities available in & around Zell am See is mind blowing | There are local companies that run excursions or the train service is very good | However the best way to make the most of the area is to hire a car or an electric bike! |  In the Winter there is a massive ski area that is easily accessible especially if you have a car | The Super Salzburg Ski Pass covers many large resorts nearby all within a 40 minute maximum drive | Maiskogel Kaprun 15 mins | Saalabach / Hinterglemm 15 mins | Kitzsteinhorn Glacier 30 mins | Maria Alm / Hochkonig 20 mins | Wildkogel 40 mins | Bad Gastein / Dorfgastein 30-45 mins
